We understand that for many finding ways to improve some of your key practices can often end-up sitting on a to-do list, but not anymore!

The Business Programme helps businesses attract, retain and develop talent, inspire staff culture and improve diversity.

Developed to help enhance your commitment to equality and diversity this specialist programme provides support that covers; Recruitment Practices, Staff Retention, Modern Working Practices and Equality and Diversity.

Our measurement tools, training and consultancy support are based on 20 years’ experience of successfully working with private, public and voluntary sector clients in a wide range of sectors and industries.

How do we do it? Our 6 stage plan.

Stage 1: 10 Key Business Areas Surveyed.
The Business Culture Survey© gathers information about your current business culture. We highlight what works well and identify areas where we could support you to make improvements.
Business Diversity
Flexible Working
Communication
Working Relationships
Recruitment and Selection
Management
Performance Management
People Policies
Community and Environment

Stage 2: Review Current Practice.
We analyse and summarise the Business Culture Survey© results on a radar chart and work with you to understand your business needs.
The radar chart provides visual focus of the key business areas for recommended actions.

Stage 3: Equality & Diversity Strategy Created.
We support you to respond to the information identified and work with you to create or update your Equality and Diversity Strategy.
The Business Culture Survey© results may indicate that you are eligible to apply for Chwarae Teg’s Exemplar Employer Award© – at a Developing, Achieving or Leading level.

Stage 4: Action Plan Developed.
We identify 3-4 key areas for improvement and provide fully funded consultancy support to help you deliver the actions within your business.

Stage 5: Action Plan Delivered.
We support you to implement the Strategy, plus we offer a range of individual workshops including: Flexible Working, Modern Working Practices, Unconscious Bias as well as tailored modules for your business.

Stage 6: Review.
After 12 months a second Business Culture Survey© will measure the impact of improvements made and give you another opportunity to apply for Chwarae Teg’s Exemplar Employer Award©.
We analyse and report on the second Business Culture Survey© and provide an updated Action Plan for you to take forward.
